Brave new world chapter 13 Lenina did not go to the orgy because she didn’t feel well “A doctor a day keeps the Jim-jams away” Jim jams means depression or nervousness,that’s how lenina was feeling The savage told lenina that he loved her Lenina thought that marriage is a horrible idea  Lenina was going to kiss the savage but he suddenly got angry  John called lenina  a whore John also slapped lenina before she ran off to lock herself in the bathroom  The savage (John) received a phone call informing him that someone had gotten ill and is now in the hospital  Lenina slowly opened the bathroom door looked around to make sure John had left and lenina quickly left and felt secure once she left the room 

Brave new world chapter 12 Why didn’t the savage (John) want to come out the room and greet the people  The highr powers felt insulted when John didn’t want to come out they felt as if a joke had been played on them Lenina was going to tell John that she liked him but John never came out and got sad “What fun it would be . . . If one didn’t have to think about happiness  Helmholtz was Bernard’s other victim friend Helmholtz wrote a poem about loneliness
